is a theoretical coffee shop featuring a collaboration between Fellow & We’re Not Really Strangers. Using coffee as a social lubricant, the goal is to bring a collective quality to people as a means to create a social environment for face to face interactions. The guests are invited to have a conversation with a stranger, and form a new connection.
The coffee cups serve as a conversation starter to be able to open up again post-pandemic, and build meaningful connections with one another.
The space is made to be comfortable and inviting for people to sit down and enjoy in-person social interactions.
Inspired by the questions within the card game, such as “What is your happiest memory?” or “What do you admire the most about your parents?” That mean more than just filler small talk.
Located in Downtown Los Angeles, the goal of the collaboration is to utilize coffee as a social lubricant, to take down the social barrier that we’ve built up around ourselves throughout the pandemic.
